Zhejiang Yuandian Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Shanghai Yuanzong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which had been 26 years professional manufacturing experience for carburetor. The company now is located in Building 13, Tongji Future Estate Industrial Park，No.2699 of Keji Avenue, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province，P.R. CHINA and with covering 5000 ㎡ building area.
Presently, the company mainly produces more than 300 species of carburetors classified as Diaphragm style and Float style. These carburetors are widely used for universal gasoline engines within garden machinery, farm machinery, generator unit and so on. Based on the current facilities, the company can deliver four to five million carburetors to market per year. The capability of the products can meet the industrial standard of both P. R. China and the Occident.
Presently, the company has its right to manage two different carburetor brands named 'HUAYANG' and 'GREENLOG'. Today, each carburetor marked with 'Huayang' or 'GREENLOG' should be processed by facilities as below: constant temperature and dustless fitting shop, exact machining and measuring equipments like BROHTHER/FANUC/HAAS Machining Center, SUGINO Drill, TESA Coordinate Measuring Machine, HORIBA Exhaust Analyzer and so on.
The company pays high attention to the quality control and has obtained the qualification of ISO9001 and TS 16949. Besides, the company has also obtained the qualification of ISO 14000 focusing on environment protecting.
In 2023, HUAYANG carburetor holder established a new factory - Zhejiang Yuandian Precision Technology Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China, to manufacture our branded carburetors - the HUAYANG and GREENLOG carburetors. The new factory obtained the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2024 and passed the ISO9001 certification in 2025. We will, as always, produce high-quality carburetors, whether it is to produce supporting carburetors for well-known gasoline garden tool manufacturers in mainland China such as ZOMAX, TOPSUN, Craftop, and OO, or to produce spare carburetors that are compatible with gasoline tools produced by globally renowned enterprises like Stihl, Husqvarna, and ECHO.
The HUAYANG Carburetor Assembly Workshop complies with the requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, the IATF 16949 International Automotive Industry Quality System, and the ISO14000 Environmental Management System. It implements digital control over the entire production process via an ERP operation system, enabling full traceability from the warehousing of components to the delivery of finished products.
Multiple quality inspection checkpoints are set up during the assembly process. With the help of precision testing equipment, core performance indicators such as carburetor airtightness and fuel supply accuracy are verified. This ensures that every product bearing the Huayang or GREENLOG brand meets the standards for foreign trade export.
